In U.S. workplaces today workforce wellbeing metrics have stagnated or declined, leaving fewer than 20% of employees “all-in” for achieving the company’s plans and goals. At a societal level, a complete erosion of trust has resulted in a highly unconstructive level of polarization where everybody loses.
It is possible to take a new path where everyone can win. But it will require us to rebuild trust by raising our level of social game playing.
