Our Perspective

At BestWe, we are very concerned about the way humans are devolving into zero-sum and negative-sum social game playing in almost every dimension of our modern lives. In U.S. workplaces today workforce wellbeing metrics have stagnated or declined, leaving fewer than 20% of employees “all-in” for achieving the company’s plans and goals. At a societal level, a complete erosion of trust has resulted in a highly unconstructive level of polarization where everybody loses.

It is possible to take a new path where everyone can win. But it will require us to rebuild trust by raising our level of social game playing.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help people return to playing a more constructive, positive-sum social game where everyone has the potential to win. We consider this re-elevation of our level of social game playing to be the most pressing challenge in both the modern workplace and society-at-large.

We are initially focused on helping organizations implement practical, high-impact, AI-enabled solutions to pursue this opportunity at scale. However, our platform has been architected to help people work together more effectively in other settings beyond the workplace.

Our Approach

Our innovative approach is to provide employees with all of the capabilities they need to manage and improve their existent workplace social game-playing reality... as opposed to continuing to focus on the traditional high-level abstractions and proxy metrics such as employees' satisfaction, engagement, NPS, etc.

This approach finally enables organizations to focus directly on motivating employees to adopt the we-centric social mindsets, styles and habits that are the foundation of an "all in" workplace culture. This direct focus on the fostering of more constructive workplace social dynamics at the team and organizational levels finally provides organizations with an explicit way to maximize both workforce wellbeing and organization performance ("shared success").
